Terms of Use

CareCub is a record-keeping and general-information tool. It is not an emergency service, medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for a qualified clinician.
Using CareCub
You are responsible for the information you enter and for ensuring that you have authority to add or share baby and family information. Do not rely on CareCub for urgent decisions. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Provider health records
If you connect a healthcare provider, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to access and import that child's records. The connection is read-only. You choose which supported records to store in CareCub. Disconnecting does not delete records already imported; use the deletion controls in Health Records to remove them.
AI features
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. A next-feed or similar estimate is an extrapolation from your own logs, not a prescribed schedule or statement that a baby is due. Confirm health, feeding, hydration, sleep, medication, or symptom concerns with a qualified clinician.
CareCub Plus subscriptions
CareCub Plus unlocks AI Ask and voice-to-structured-log. Manual logging, history, and care-circle sharing remain available without a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices, duration, trials, and offer terms shown in the purchase screen control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with other users, or use automated requests that create unreasonable load. We may limit or block abusive access to protect users and service availability.
Account deletion
You may delete your account in CareCub under Settings → Privacy & Security. Deletion is permanent as described in the Privacy Policy.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
